​SANTAMARINA ​​​​​​​​​​is centrally located just off the coastal road between Kissonerga and Coral Bay is located near the Mavrokolympos Dam offering beautiful sea views. Surrounded by banana plantations the villa offers complete privacy and tranquility. It is ideal for larger groups wishing to holiday together.

Arriving at this villa driving down the private driveway you are immediately taken away by the beautiful entrance door.

Upon entering this villa the first thing you cannot help but notice are the amazing views of the sea through the unusually large sliding glass doors.

The dining area is beautifully furnished with a wooden dining table comfortably seating up to 12/14. The adjacent living area is equipped with matching sofas in warm colours and a wooden coffee table. The living area features a bar with wine cooler and sound system from which you can play songs directly from an external hard drive or USB stick.

For entertainment, you will find a flat screen HDTV with USB connection, UK channels and DVD player. This villa also offers a wireless internet connection.

From the dining area, you can enter the kitchen area which is separated by a small wall with a built-in wood burning fireplace in order for you to enjoy the fire from both sides.

The kitchen area features a small breakfast area with table and 6 chairs where the large glass sliding doors offer a light and airy atmosphere. You will find a water cooler in this area, for your convenience.

This villa offers 2 adjacent kitchens. The first kitchen is a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and 3 bar stools. This kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, Tassimo Coffee Maker (capsules), electric cafetiere, Miele Induction/electric hob, Miele oven and microwave.

The second kitchen is a smaller kitchen which offers a Miele 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Here you will also find a small utility area with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

On the ground floor, you will also find the first bedroom of this villa, a double bedroom. This bedroom has access to the ground floor separate shower room and WC.

Moving down to the lower ground floor is one of this villa’s many luxuries; a spacious games area with entertainment for everyone!

The area features plenty of activities for all members of the family with a ping pong table, pool table, table football and a large netted trampoline. For the younger members of the family, there is a children’s play area with a small slide, see-saw, pop-up-tunnel, toddler swing and children's playhouse. A blackboard hangs on the wall for the children’s amusement or for you to keep a track on the recent score in ping pong!

The remaining part of this spacious area is dedicated to relaxation with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table and a flatscreen TV with UK Channels. You will also find a double bedroom with separate shower room and WC.

Moving up to the first floor you will notice the amazing mountain views from the large window featured midway on the staircase.

When reaching the first floor the first thing you will see is the amazing sea view offered by the large glass sliding doors on the landing. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed (suitable for a child) and a small kitchenette with a mini-fridge.

From this landing, the large glass sliding doors lead the way to a balcony equipped with lounge furniture for you to enjoy an evening drink whilst enjoying the views of the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea.

Also located on the first floor are 4 further bedrooms. Symmetrically located around the landing you will find on each side a master bedroom as well as a twin bedroom (which also configure to King Sized beds). The 2 master bedrooms of this villa are King bedrooms with floor to ceiling glass windows offering you the superb views of the Mediterranean Sea as you open your eyes in the morning! Both of these bedrooms have the luxury of a walk in wardrobe as well as a small dressing table and chair. Furthermore, each of the master bedrooms has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with sunken bath and separate shower and WC.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are King (twin) bedrooms both with the luxury of an en-suite shower room with WC.

From one of the twin bedrooms you also have direct access to a large terrace from which an exterior stair case leads the way up to the roof terrace. From this roof terrace, you can enjoy some of the most extraordinary sea and sunset views.

From the front of the villa, an external staircase leads the way down to a very large lawned area with fruit trees, mostly citrus. Our guests are welcome to pick our organic harvest from our trees.

From the lawn area outside the studio, you also have access to the games area and a further external staircase leads the way up to the patio and swimming pool area.

This area can also be reached via the large glass doors from the living/dining area and the breakfast area by the kitchen on the ground floor.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout via a central system and the studio offers an air conditioning unit. Two baby cots and two high chairs are available upon request and safety deposit boxes and hair-dryers are available in each of the bedrooms.

All bedrooms of this villa offer you a fresh and light atmosphere with white linen and towels and just a small touch of colour from the paintings on the walls.

The large area to the rear of the villa features a wooden deck equipped with tables and chairs seating comfortable up to 14 guests. Adjacent to the wooden deck is the barbecue area featuring an island. For you to truly experience the joy of outdoor dining this villa offers an Australian barbecue as well as a traditional Cypriot barbecue.

A paved patio area surrounds the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool (*optional heated facility at additional cost) featuring walk in steps (depths 1m to 1.5m). The patio area is equipped with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas for you to enjoy a relaxing day in the warm Cypriot sun.

A wooden pergola offers welcome shade and is equipped with a table and 6 chairs.

A lawn area is in front of the patio area and with a glass fencing surrounding the whole area, this allows you to enjoy the superb views from every angle.

A private driveway leads the way down to the large parking area at the front of the villa. Here you will find plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. 

The whole villa is surrounded by banana plantations and offers you absolute privacy and tranquility.

The large outdoor areas offer the perfect setting for you to carry out your wedding ceremony and reception.

This villa is not available to single sex groups (i.e. family bookings only). Groups under 25 years old are not accepted at this villa.
The changeover day is flexible however bookings leaving unrentable periods  between existing bookings may not be accepted.
No additional guests are allowed to attend the property for a function (ie. breakfast, dinner, party etc.) without the prior written consent. Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa.
